Updated demo with bug fixes
I have slowly resumed development of MonsterStone: Prelude, and as a start, I am adressing some critical bugs that has been plaguing the previous build.
Fixed:
- UI for crafting buildings like the Smithy, will now scale properly, and not prevent interaction
- Enemies now properly obtain the modifier for the level in which they spawn, instead of the current level
- Realgar resolved its identity crisis, and will no longer load in as quartz when loading a save
- Saved chests position, will now be saved properly, so that they load in correctly later
- Herbalist autoharvester wont break when saving and loading anymore
I do not intend on releasing any new major content for the demo, but I will address any outstanding issues and bugs that might still be present. Moving forward, I still have to work on some behind the scenes stuff, in order to establish an official company, but once that is taken care off, the intention is to go into full-time development mode, and continue working on MonsterStone: Prelude so it can be finished.
The current estimate is to spend a few months on business development. Once established, there will be room for up to ~6 months of developing an early access version of the game for a commercial release, followed by up to ~12 months of working towards a full release - assuming the game reaches enough success.
Plans can change, but that is at least the current milestones I am trying to hit. That is all for now, so consider giving this new version of the demo a spin, and I will catch you all later.
